Yes, it usually happens when someone sees an art piece in the newsletter. 

They reach out to ask if it is available and either myself or my studio assistant replies. 

Yes, I do accept commissions for custom artwork. 

I approach commissioned work as a collaborative effort. Even when I am given carte blanche I enjoy working closely with collectors.  When I have been contacted by patrons sometimes they may have an arrondissement or a special street in mind. It is a wonderful process.
